Overview

This mobile pail filler was created for customers with batch filling operations at multiple locations within a plant. This is a semi-automatic, top and sub-surface pail filler, built to move around a plant floor on casters. The customer uses it to fill foaming liquids into 5 gallon plastic pails. This filling machine will handle 4 to 7 gallon containers at an average rate of four pails per minute. It only requires 25 lbs. of inertia to move the filling machine.

This mobile pail filler is the most ruggedly built in the industry, made with structural steel, all-welded frames and includes heavy duty swivel casters with safety foot locks.
