Overview
This Sneyders model is a rugged, fully-automatic inline filler designed to fill containers ranging from 100 ml (3.5 oz) to 10 liters (2.5 gallons) with exceptional accuracy of +/- 0.2%. It offers dosing options like piston and flowmeter and can fill up to 6,000 bottles per hour, depending on bottle size and number of lances. Built with 316 stainless steel wetted parts and a durable stainless steel body, this hygienic machine is ideal for personal healthcare/beauty, lubricants, oils, and cleaning products.
Description of Operation
Empty containers, ranging from 100 ml to 10 liters, are placed on the infeed conveyor/accumulation table and accumulate to an automatic escapement. An air-operated stop is used on the 1st and last container in the filling positions for separation. The set of containers then advances to the filling lances, where they are automatically stopped under the filling lance; the lance travels to the bottom of the container to control foaming. The piston or flowmeter system dispenses the precise amount of liquid through the filling lance, maintaining accuracy of +/- 0.2% and keeping the lance just under or above the liquid level. Once filling is complete, the lances rise to the home position, where a drip pan device catches any remaining liquid. The containers are then conveyed out of the filler to an optional monobloc capping machine, case packer, palletizer, and full pallet accumulation conveyor.
